Sell handloom sarees under your own name.

You do not buy stock. You do not shoot photos. You pick a saree in the app, share it with your customers, and order only after it sells.

  • Sell first and order after — or stock up for your counter, your choice
  • Photos and videos ready to share on WhatsApp in one tap
  • Any mix of designs, any quantity — no bulk minimum
  • The parcel goes out in your name, not ours

Apply to partner

A manager calls you within one working day.
Your number is used only to call you about this partnership. We do not add you to marketing lists or share your details.

Two ways to use it

Partners run their business in different ways, and the platform does not force one on you. Both use the same app, the same catalogue and the same wallet.

A

You sell online

WhatsApp, Instagram, or word of mouth. You hold no stock at all.

Reserve what you like, share the photos, and order only after a customer confirms. Money leaves your wallet at that point, not before. Nothing sits unsold in your cupboard.

B

You have a shop or boutique

Customers walk in and want to touch the saree before they buy. You need stock on the shelf.

Recharge once, then take whatever you want against that balance — three of one design, one each of ten others, in any combination. No bulk minimum, no single-design lots, no wholesale quantity condition.

Why shop owners use this instead of buying wholesale

Wholesale lots force you to buy several of one design Here: one piece is fine
Minimum order values tie up your cash Here: no minimum
You guess what will sell before you see it Here: photos and video of the exact piece
Restocking means another trip or another round of calls Here: order from the app, any day
The same wallet balance covers both ways of working. Many partners do both — keep a few pieces on the counter and sell the rest from photos.

How the partnership works

Six steps, and the money only leaves your hands at step five. If you are stocking a shop, steps three and five happen together — reserve what you want and order it the same day.

1

You get the app

After the call we create your account with a PIN. The app opens like a reels feed — every saree we have, with photos and a video.

2

You top up a wallet

The wallet is your buying power. It decides how many sarees you can hold at a time and pays for orders when they come.

3

You reserve what you like

Tap the snowflake and that saree is held for you. Set how many pieces you want. Nobody else can sell them while they sit in your store.

4

You share and sell

One tap sends the photos to WhatsApp. No watermark, no Silkal name — it looks like your own stock, because it is yours to sell.

5

You place the order

Customer says yes, you enter their address and confirm. The cost comes out of your wallet only now, not before.

6

We pack and dispatch

The parcel goes to your customer with your name on it. On the Premium plan your own brand sticker goes on the packet.

What you actually earn

A real saree from our catalogue, at our lowest platform fee. The app shows this same calculation on every product, so nothing is hidden.

Ilkal Temple Cotton Silk Saree

Your cost₹1,500
Platform fee (2%)₹30
GST (5%)₹77
Suggested selling price₹3,039
You keep₹1,432
The selling price is only a guide — it is what Silkal charges on its own website. You are free to price higher or lower, and your earning changes with it.

Woven in Ilkal, not bought from a market

Silkal Weavers works directly with handloom weavers in Ilkal. Every saree you sell comes off a loom we know, from a weaver we pay.

Your brand on the parcel

Your customer opens a packet with your name on it. There is no invoice from us inside, no Silkal sticker, nothing that tells them where the saree came from. The relationship stays yours.

Your manager will walk you through the plans on the call. The more you trade, the lower your platform fee goes, and the longer you can hold a saree before it returns to the pool.

Start with one saree

Whether you sell from your phone or from a counter, start with one piece and see how it goes before you commit anything more.
