1. What we collect about you

2. Information about your customers
When you place an order you enter your customer's name, phone number and delivery address. We use those details for one thing: packing and dispatching that parcel, and sharing the address with the courier.
We do not market to them, we do not add them to any list, and we do not sell their details. Their information is used to deliver the order you placed and nothing else. This is written into the partner terms as well.
3. Who else sees your information
- Courier partners — the delivery name, address and phone number, so the parcel can reach your customer.
- Payment and banking providers — where a transfer or refund has to be processed.
- Meta — if you reached us through a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta knows that, because that is how their advertising works. See section 5.
- Government authorities — where the law requires it, such as GST filings.
We do not sell your data to anybody, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
4. Cookies and similar technology
The app stores a small amount of information in your browser so you stay signed in, so the app can run from your home screen, and so it remembers simple things like which sarees you recently looked at. That information stays on your device.
5. Advertising
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. Our website carries the Meta pixel, which tells us how many people who saw an ad came to the site and applied. It also lets us show a reminder to someone who started an application and did not finish.
You can control this from your own account settings on Facebook and Instagram, and through your browser's advertising settings. Blocking it does not affect anything on our site.
6. How long we keep it
- Applications that do not become partners — kept while we may still be in touch, then archived.
- Partner accounts — kept for as long as the account is open, and afterwards only as long as tax and company law require.
- Order and invoice records — kept for the period required by Indian accounting and GST rules.
- App activity — kept as a rolling record and not retained indefinitely.
7. Your choices
- Ask what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to close your account and delete what we are not required to keep.
- Turn notifications off at any time, from your browser.
- Tell your manager to stop messaging you. We will stop.

8. Security
Your account is protected by your mobile number and a PIN. Do not share your PIN. The site runs over an encrypted connection. No system is perfect, so if you think somebody else has used your account, tell your manager straight away and we will lock it.
9. Children
This is a trading platform for adults. We do not knowingly create accounts for anyone under 18.
10. Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, partners are told on WhatsApp before it takes effect.
